The House and Senate are now in final negotiations on the state budget, deciding your raise for the next two years.

Now is the time to let your legislators know where you stand. We need each of you to reach out and tell them to support SEANC's plan of 5% raises in both of the next two years, a $5,000 bonus to help retain workers, and a 2% cost-of-living adjustment for retirees.

SEANC's plan goes beyond both the House and Senate's proposals. The House plan was more generous than the Senate's but fell well short of the needed investment.

Through our media efforts, SEANC has successfully pointed out the dire needs at our state agencies that the vacancy crisis and high turnover have rocked.
